"I should have have given them zero star. They have my insurance information and they didn't care to call me that my insurance have problems. Only for me to come in the next day to get my meds and and they told me that i have to pay out of pocket. They don't care for their patients or their health. Sm sorry to ssy yhis"

"My Doctors office is practically next door and it’s such a convenience when I leave Cy- Sage Medical Facility. The young lady is always friendly and well organized. I just hate that sometimes I have to wait for prescriptions, due to their out of stock. But other than that the pharmacy is very nice and clean. Also she usually take care of me within minutes, she’s well equipped and professional. Very good at Customer Service and always friendly and nice."

"Not cheaper at all. Inconvenient hours and location. No drive thru. I ordered a prescription there under the pretense that it will be so much cheaper and next thing I know I'm getting a notification from Walgreens that I have a prescription ready for pick up. I contacted Medlite to see what was going on and they told me they didn't have it in stock to they would have to go to Walgreens and pick it up or I could. The price was obviously the same so why make the switch? I should have been notified that there was an issue obtaining my prescription rather than go behind my back and transfer a prescription tons Walgreens that's not anywhere near my home and inconvenience me with having to drive there to pick up or wait another day or them to do it. I'm back to reliable HEB and am loving it."
