CVS Pharmacy 25151 Fulshear-Gaston Road, Richmond, TX 77406

"Would give zero if possible. Pharmacist, I believe her name is Bridgette,knew I was having a double mastectomy and reconstruction but decided that my SURGEON called in too many pain meds, norco and Valium, and the NIGHT before my mastectomy decided she would not fill the norco. My surgeon’s office called her and she refused, they said they would call it into a different CVS. She then put the rx on hold so when I went to pick up at the other cvs they couldn’t fill it. I will be reporting her to any and every ethics board I can find. This is just the latest issue. They constantly can’t “find” prescriptions that doctors send them. It’s a cluster. Go somewhere else."

"I also have waited. But if you are inside and see what the employees are doing they are very busy. Answering phones and checking for your prescription and dealing with people who are both inside and waiting in line. Trust me those folks aren't standing around talking. Its CVS cutting back on how many people need to be there. Don't blame the employees blame CVS."

"obviously this is the worst one I have seen. Always a long wait before being helped. Employees can see you thru the window, I know you were busy, but acknowledge customers n let them know you would be w them shortly could make you look much professionAL instead of ignoring."

"Wishing to give a 0 star rating. Even if you call and send the goodrx coupons for them to process the medications with it they don't do anything. Make you go pickup and then have to re bill everything. Really frustrating. Waited more than 1 hour for 5 cars to to by in the drive through. One single window. Slow and really inept people working here. 30 minutes waiting for my prescriptions (after waiting in line) that were ready 3 hours before that. Also, rude manager told me to go to Walmart or another pharmacy instead. I suggest you all don't go to this CVS, if possible switch to HEB pharmacy"

"I Got wonderful service at the CVS at Fulshear - Gaston Road, Richmond, Texas. I needed some temporary dental glue. I am using a walker to get around. I called this store and they looked for me and brought it to me to select. Then I was a able to pay at the drive thru window. This was so nice Customer Service. Thank you for your help."
