"I’ve been going to this office for over 15 years and never had a problem with the original staff but they canceled on me two times last minute (in a text)in the last year and the last time said they would call me and reschedule. They never did and that appointment was in December. When I called to reschedule because no one ever called me , the recorded message said they were remodeling and to call the cauls hill dental office. They told me that mid River’s had merged with them and that they are not going back to the Mid River’s location! Then they said they couldn't get me in until April. Bad business practice. I guess they have so many patients that losing one isn’t a big deal. I would let my patients know if I was moving and not coming back to the same location!!!"

"I have been coming here for over a year, and every visit has been as pleasant as a dental visit can be! I had Tabby as my hygienist doing my cleaning today, and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was so knowledgeable, personable, polite, and pleasant. This place definitely has a family feel to it and if you’re looking for a dentist office that you will feel at home at, then this is absolutely the place for you!"

"First time patient, I needed a cleaning but also needed to get in somewhere asap because my bonded retainer had come lose. They were able to get me in the day after I called to fix my retainer. The staff is so sweet and Dr. Crenshaw and Becky did a fantastic job. The office overall is welcoming and professional and they had me out of there in 20 minutes! Great experience."

"Mid Rivers Dental Group was Great! From the time I was checked in to the time I walked out the door everyone was polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! They explained everything they were going to do from the X-rays to when the Doctor came in to check my teeth after my cleaning! The office was bright, welcoming and very clean! The amount of Professionalism the entire staff had was very refreshing and made from an extremely pleasant experience! I have definitely found my new dentist!"

"Scheduled for an implant consultation and was notified of an earlier opening where they may also be able to complete the first treatment. All of the staff were professional and prepared for my visit. All costs were adequately explained to me in advance. The procedure went well, and all of my questions were answered. I've yet to have even my 2 week follow up visit, but I was very happy with everyone I dealt with and the entire process so far."
