"I went for lunch today and ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich without tomatoes. They just decided not to put anything on my sandwich besides a piece of chicken, so it was pretty bland. It's not a huge deal, but it is frustrating and should be addressed. I paid for a deluxe. I will make sure to start checking before pulling out because this wasn't the first time."

"Me and my husband stopped at Chick-fil-A on Faudree between their breakfast ending and the lunch Rush. It was very low quality. My husband took a bite of his sandwich and it was old. You could tell it had been sitting there for a while. My food was cold and it also didn’t taste right. I have never stopped eating chicken nuggets because I was afraid if I kept eating them, they’d make me sick. Neither my husband or I would not have been bothered if they had cooked it fresh and it had taken a few more minutes. There was no quality check. The customer service was also pretty dismal for a CFA. It’s the first time I’ve been to Chick-fil-A where it was a completely empty line and I understood why."

"I have been a fan of Chick-fil-A for years, and this location did not disappoint. The food was delicious, as always, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. My only slight complaint is that it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but that's to be expected at a popular fast food chain. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this Chick-fil-A location to others."
