"Let me say this first...it's one of the most clean restaurants I've ever been to, with that being said, the food was nothing to write home about. I had the BUCK Burger, which had "breaded and fried jalapeño coins" in the burger. I've had burgers with a wide variety of toppings but this one...I am NOT a fan of. I personally would serve them on the side. Imagine the mess from the breading getting gummy with the avocado.The meat on the burger needs more help with a lot of seasonings. It was so bland and had nothing to entice you to really say WOW. So needless to say I won't be having that burger again. I would love to go back for the all you can eat pancakes, but we'll see. Do you have sugar-free syrup or sugar free jam? Perhaps plain honey? I wish you the best on your venture and endeavors. ~^..^~ UPDATE: 1:29 pm...when you call to ask a question and both times you get hung up on, speaks Volumes!! Although you may be busy, NEVER just hang up. My question would have been 30 seconds long, you just list a customer today."
"Shamed to say this is the first time I try it. Our server Elizabeth was super kind and helpful. I got the eggs sunny side up and they were perfect. Strawberry waffle was on point. I will define toy be back!!!"
"Let me start by saying that the coffee is excellent. If there were half stars I would give this place a 3 and 1/2. Basically, it's a corporate restaurant that's trying to be a country cafe and missing the mark. It is very clean and open. The service is good, we really liked our waitress. As I said, the coffee is excellent. The food sounds better than it is. It's completely edible but nothing special."
"This was our first time trying Rustic Cafe and we’re very impressed. Upon walking in I immediately noticed how clean the establishment was. We were greeted and sat very quickly by the hostess. Our server Kylie R. was phenomenal with great customer service. Being that is was our first time we asked for recommendations in your which she suggested one of her faves the brisket queso. She also informed us that they served breakfast all day if we were interested in giving that a try. We received our food quickly and Kylie was very attentive to all our needs. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the great service Kylie."
