"I have been trying to get a prescription refill delivered to me since July 21st. I called it in on the 21st and it was supposed to go out on the 24th. It never came so I called back August 3rd and was told it was miscommunication on their part and I would get it on August 4th. I called back the afternoon of the 4th as it wasn’t delivered yet and was told my credit card was declined. No one bothered to call and tell me. I gave them the same credit card number and it went through. Was told I would get it on the 7th. I asked to have it expedited and that I would pay for overnight shipping for which I was charged and it showed up today, the 7th. I have never had this issue before and will be asking my physician to find a different pharmacy since I have experienced some adverse effects due to not having the medication for an extended period of time"
