"I use the pharmacy a few times when picking up my prescription. And no greeting at all. It's early in the day and the clerk acts rude doesn't say hi or how may I help you all she says is "date of birth? I've live in countries where clerks are way more professional and thist makes me ashamed of US custome service. I hope a manager or CEO is reading this"
"I had a fantastic experience with Mrs. Skarnagel, the pharmacist, (easily the most personable medical professional I've met). She was pleasant, compationate, courteous, helpful and friendly. We need more professionals like her in our world today. Thank you ma'am!"
"If I could give a negative star rating I would. Staff doesn’t care about patients medication emergency, It’s been 2 times I was returned from pharmacy at 7:30 pm in week days, refused to fill up medication because they were closing @8:00 pm."
"If I could give a negative star rating I would. Not to this pharmacy in particular, but to one so called "Pharmacist" who works at this Kroger. Yesterday, I was released from the hospital. See, I had undergone surgery on the 15th of October. My Ortho/Onco doctor had removed a TUMOR from my TIBIA, and I had some trouble with the meds perscribed after surgery. They weren't helping. That, and I was also being treated for an infection of the surgical incision. Now with my new perscriptions in hand after leaving the hospital, I was finally about to get some relief. My wife and I dropped it off at this Kroger pharmacy on the way home from the hospital along with an antibiotic, and muscle relaxer. It had kind of been the trend this week with all of the complications I was having after the procedure. When she went back to pick it up an hour later, my wife told me that the pharmacist said that I needed a PreAuth for the Pain meds. So I contacted my insurance, and sorted it out over the phone, but when the insurance agent I was speaking with gets back on after speaking with the pharmacist, she says, "The pharmacist is refusing to fill your perscription because you've had pain scripts filled earlier in the week. (Which before I mentioned, didn't help with the pain I was having) So, even though I couldn't walk, and I was also in agonizing pain, my wife drove me back to the Pharmacy to see if there was anytjing I could do. We pulled up to the window, and I asked her why she wouldn't fill the script. I mean, she filled the muscle relaxer and the antibiotic why not the pain meds? She said that she needed a Dr's approval because of the different pain meds perscribed earlier in the week, and that she had called my ORTHO Dr's office by calling the number on the perscription, but that she hadn't recieved a phone call back from them yet. So, I got the non filled script back from her to get it filled elsewhere. I didn't have the time to waste on this ignorant, self absorbed, inconsiderate person, I was in pain and needed my meds. All the while, IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THAT I WAS IN PAIN. YES IT WAS THAT BAD. Back to the script that she gave back to me. She defaced the damn thing! So, because it is a schedule 2 narcotic, I couldn't get it filled elsewhere now that she had written on it and put a Kroger sticker on the back of it, in a hellacious effort of trying to stop a cancer patient who just had surgery, from getting the relief he needed! So I called my doctor to get them to call the pharmacy back for me, just to find out that the "Pharmacist" never even called them!!! Then, my Dr's nurse called her from the office to clear and authorize my perscription. My nurse told her to fill the script, that I just had surgery and was having problems with the pain meds and that I had an infection. Unbelievably, she actually fought the nurse over the phone, saying," it's my license on the line! Not yours!" As if I never had surgery, treating me like I'm a drug addict. (at this point I had PAINFULLY gotten out of the car and had my wife roll me inside in my wheelchair) and was sitting by the counter when she comes back with an attitude, snatches the perscription out of my hand, says something rudley and walks off. The nurse was still on the other line with me when the Pharmacist hung up on her, she stated that she was the RUDEST person she had ever had to deal with, that she did write on the script so I could not fill it anywhere else and all that other stuff about her license. I asked the nurse if I could use her as a reference to this incident. Also, my insurance agent recorded the entire call that she had made to the pharmacy. So, after sitting there in pain for another 20 minutes moaning and groaning like an idiot, and my kids and wife dying to go home at this point(as was I), she finally calls me up to the register to get my medication, and when she drops it on the counter in front of me, she says," sorry, that's just the way it goes." Houda El-Fakir, is that how a pharmicist should conduct themselves? Do you like making patients suffer???"
"Helpful and knowledgeable! The pharmacist and the staff have been professional and friendly. At any time I've had problems with insurance coverage or prescription, the pharmacists handle the situation with great care and concern. Have been a customer of this pharmacy for 6 years without any issues and a plus, the purchase goes towards your Kroger points and fuel discounts!!"
