"One star because you can't put zero. First mistake I begged to have my stomach meds in time, even called ahead to make sure it wouldn't be an issue. I didn't get the meds for 2 weeks so i developed an ulcer ended up in the hospital. Second time due to Thanksgiving most likely I did not receive my bipolar meds for a week and a half, now I've been on these meds for 3 year's and you cannot just stop you have to taper off. Because I didn't get the meds in time I went slap crazy which resulted in my family throwing me out! Use at your own risk!!!"
"I recently found out that Kroger pharmacy was not contracted with my Ambetter (Marketplace) insurance. I needed to fill a very expensive Rx for my bones. The lady was not only polite and professional but she was easy to understand. She went out of her way to do the rest of the leg work for me. I couldn't believe it. She even called me back several times to keep me informed. I needed a prior authorization. She handled all that and was able to give me pricing before filling it. I really am happy with the service and now want to switch pharmacies all together"
