"Well I had pulled in to an empty shop and was the first car in and was excited that I'd be in and out, but not so much. Another truck pulled in about 5 minutes after me and was done sooner so I had to ask what the deal was. I guess the guy in the pit couldn't get the filter off and the manager went down there and got it off what seemed like almost instantly. Then a 6qt synthetic oil change for 105 before a coupon made it a very easy decision to make this a first, and last stop after an almost 45 minute oil change when there were 2 vehicles between 3 guys."

"I've been bringing my car's to this place for years up until earlier this year. I brought my BMW to this place, they stripped my oil pan plug and tried to act like it was that way when I came in. I talked with the manager on duty at the time and he assured me that this problem would be resolved. The manager informed me that he would need to order a new oil pan plug. So I said okay trying to remain calm about the situation and he told me to come back in a week in which I did. A week later I bring my car back, the manager is not in and he's off due to an illness which again I said okay and tried to remain calm. I come back a week later the manager is working and at this time he informed me that he hadn't received the oil pan plug which I know it only takes maybe 3 or 4 day's to get a oil pan plug delivered. So once again I remain calm and bring my car back a week later still no plug. So I ask him for the General managers number and call him to let him know about my experience. The General manager assured me also that my situation would be resolved, he brought his own tools to the shop and I was to bring my car in so he could personally get it out, but I missed that appointment because it was a 9 o'clock am appointment and I had to work until 3am the night before. I talk my car back up to this place and when I do it's a different manager so he gets on the phone with the General manager because he doesn't have know about this situation. The manager used the General managers tools to try and get the oil pan plug out and was unable to. We give the General manager a call to let him know that the new manager was unable to get the plug out. So I take my BMW to the dealership to try and see if it's was something they could do and the BMW dealership informed me that I'll need a new oil pan and the repairs for that would be more than 1,000.00 dollars so I tell the General manager what the dealership said he then tries to say his shop didn't strip my oil pan plug and he wouldn't pay for my repairs through the dealership, by far this has been the worst experience and place that I've taken my car to and deeply regret it."
