"Wanted to change a prescription I had at market street in Colleyville to this location since I no longer work in Colleyville it’s no longer convenient for me to pick up there. Guy at the pharmacy made it seem like it was illegal to ask for them to transfer it over to Tom Thumb “our prices are the same I’m not sure why you’d want to. I’m already working on one transfer today” well god forbid me want to pick it up closer to my house and you have to work???? Guess this will be my first and last time using this pharmacy since customer service is actually pathetic and the techs don’t want to help you. Save yourself and pick another pharmacy"

"Very professionally and efficiently managed outpatient pharmacy. The staff are focused on service. The prescriptions are always ready for pickup whenever we are notified via the smartphone application. While that seems like a given, it certainly wasn't the case with our previous chain pharmacy. The Hurst Tom Thumb pharmacist and the regional Tom Thumb management team should be commended for the excellent operations that they've set up in the Hurst store. I highly recommend this pharmacy."

"Verdict - our first choice for our grocery needs. Very friendly staff, and prices are pretty fair - understand this is not a Winco or Kroger, dealing bottom of the barrel quality and bottom of the barrel brands. The store is clean and well stocked, and the once or twice a year that we actually have an issue with something, they are quick to fix us up. You definitely want the discount card; it saves quite a bit of money each week. Prices are better than Whole Foods or Sprouts, and the selection is different, but typically greater variety than them as well, while quality and availability of non-GMO and farm fresh foods is still very good. Also, did I mention friendly staff!?"

"I've never been disappointed at this store. It has a nice atmosphere, clean aisles and shelves. The meat department is great and is always helpful when I don't know what I'm looking for. Yes, it is a little more expensive than Kroger, but you get a good quality with their store brand products. I love this store!"
