CVS Pharmacy

"Always super slow in the drive through and always an issue. Receive texts that meds are ready and go to wait in line for 30-45 minutes in the drive through only for them to say it's not ready and it's a constant issue not just a one time occurrence. I highly recommend switching to Tom Thumb pharmacy."

"The lady at the pharmacy counter had me repeat my name and birthdate several times and then complained about being distracted. I came back later at 6:50 to pick up my prescriptions since the website says the pharmacy closes at 8. Distracted lady let me know they were closing at 7. I had just left my doctor and knew my prescription was called it. Unhelpful lady said it had not. I called the doctor and was on the phone to verify that they called in my prescription. Annoyed lady wouldn't look at me and asked the pharmacist if he could close the gate. Another customer ran up to the counter and they had enough time to help her even though the gate was going down. I'll be glad to avoid this CVS."

"I was told by the pharmacist a couple of days ago that I didn't need an appointment for a vaccine, that I could walk in no mention of times. I came in today and was refused as a walk in, first available appointment was at 1140 am tomorrow. I should have been told about time restrictions for walk in. I called Walgreens across the street and got an appointment for 1240 today. Very disappointed with CVS. I'm considering changing to Walgreens for prescription needs."

"The workers at this location were extremely rude when I was trying to get my medicine. I was met with extreme hostility and passive aggression and witnessed coworkers literally arguing with each other as well. The staff seems to never be held accountable and able to talk and act however they want, providing no customer service or friendly interactions. The management needs to seriously rethink who they are hiring, but for all I know they are just as horrible."

"I'm a diabetic who also has pancreatitis so it's crucial to monitor my levels and have insulin. This location never notified me that they had my prescription or was working on it. I had to call when they "finally noticed" and told me nonchalantly it might be ready today or tomorrow. Called that night and they said tomorrow. Called again needing my insulin and the lady I spoke to was the most professional and kind person I talked to, she rushed my order. However she wasn't there when I picked up. I picked up my insulin but missing my needles and other meds. Called about it and they couldn't care less about my needs. This is literally your entire job surrounding medicine! Luckily I switched pharmacies because I never want to experience this again and hope no one else has to. They truly don't care at this location and it shows, should've checked the reviews before I came here I just wanted something close to home but it's not worth it. Clearly this location has a problem and they know but aren't doing anything about it."
