"Too costly for them to deliver same day to my home, so instead they ignore my scripts until I have to call and beg for them. It isn't my fault they decided to fire their drivers and use a courier. The manager also lies about the reason for the delayed deliveries. Thankful they have one single great team member, Crystal. She doesn't mind being honest and going to the extra effort for clients. Even Theresa isn't quality any longer. Bad habits and poor customer service wear off."
