"This pharmacy has gotten so terrible once CVS took over. The male pharmacist is rude and made me wait 30 minutes to buy cold medicine. My prescription is never ready days after my doctor submitted it."

"I was in the store with a friend and she needed to make a purchase at the pharmacy since it was closest to the restroom. The pharmacist said he could ring it up but it’s better for her to go to the front. And when she questioned this the other gentleman told her she should find a new pharmacy. Very disrespectful."

"Excellent service at the CVS Pharmacy at Target on Precinct Line Road. The helpful team members promptly entered the new prescription that was moved from our regular pharmacy, (they didn’t have that medication and found the CVS who had it). The CVS team texted me as soon as it was ready - and promptly moved the pickup date when I called in a panic (a package requiring signature was verrrrry late, but no problem at all for CVS to accommodate the unplanned delay, thank you!). I was there early this morning to collect the needed meds, and the smiling team member advised a couple of details on the print out I might consider reading and an advise on cost since it is expensive (thank you for your thoughtfulness!) Wonderful customer service and such supportive and patient team members when there are questions - highly recommended!"

"The best pharmacist hands down Laura and Rodney!!!! I went in yesterday to move my fathers prescriptions from a pharmacy in west Fort Worth to this location. I have always dealt with Laura, she is first class in medicine and just as important, customer service and making sure you understand the medicine prescribed. Laura was off, so the pharmacist Rodney helped me, excellence is on staff here. Rodney make this process smooth and painless…. What I had dreaded all day was a very polite conversation and reassurance of care. I love Laura and Rodney for their medical care and compassion. You are not a number here, you are a patient receiving excellent care. Salute."

"Superior customer service! I was having a hard time getting one of my diabetic medications from my usual pharmacy and called this store to see if they had it. They did have it and the pharmacist himself called the other store to get the prescription transferred over. He persisted calling even though his call was dropped at least 2 times after having very long wait times. When he finally got through he personally called me to let me know that my order was ready. Thank you Shawn Kuriakose for your professional and excellent customer service. I appreciate you so much."
