"CVS 8532 Davis Blvd, North Richland Hills Pharmacist: Hannah Kim The pharmacist was rude and dismissive. When I questioned the price of my prescription (it had doubled over the past two months) she just said “I applied the coupon”. I had questioned the price last month and the month before. Today the technician in the back spoke up and said he could get me a better price. He came back with the prescription at 1/3 of the price quoted by the pharmacist. I asked the pharmacist why she couldn’t have done that for me instead of just saying “that’s the price”, especially since I asked about the larger price. She actually started hollering at me. I did not raise my voice in return. I simply asked for the regional managers name and number, which she did not supply."
"The pharmacist here is such a pleasure. She goes above and beyond to help and get my daughters needed medications. They didn’t have a specific one in stock that she needed after being released from the ER and we couldn’t wait for the next day shipment, so the pharmacist called around to track it down and verify it was available. We are so grateful for her!"
