"Stay away!!! They never answer their phone, if they do put you on hold forever. System shuts down randomly so you can't pick up. Mess up your refills on prescriptions. Very understaffed."

"I sat in line for AN HOUR!!!!!! Just to get my medicine that I was told was ready 3 hours before hand. They never answer the phone. Please do not use this pharmacy."

"Been trying to get my prescription filled for the last week. They said the address of my doctor was wrong so the prescriber needed to change it. Prescriber canceled first prescription, gave a new one. "Still wrong." Even though I was told it would be ready. No issues last time I had this same doctor, same prescription. Put on hold multiple times for 30 minutes even though I was told to wait just one second. They don't know what they're doing. Just save yourself the time and trouble. Go somewhere else."

"ALL the staff (including pharmacist) seem to be always oblivious to the lines forming. These lines are frequently 6/7 people! I find that there needs to be better systems as well as communications in place to keep the lines at a minimum. Addressing those customers periodically, to let them know they are seen and are sorry it's taking so long. If there are other staff (including pharmacist),that can alleviate those lines by coming to the front and opening another register will definitely help the lines to move faster! I will say that the pharmacist called FRED (?), did come to the front and helped on 2 occasions I've been there! Kudos to him for that! Another helpful tip, would be.. if customer had multiple questions about prescriptions being picked up, they should be directed over to consultation window, where then, the actual PHARMACIST can come and address any and all questions. Let's make a much needed change so the customers can 'feel' they're #1! Isn't that the GOAL?"
