"Even with an appointment had to wait for two hrs to get a shot"
"I tried calling to verify that my prescription was ready for my husband to pick up on his way home. I was put on hold 3 times then hung up on. I tried 5 more times and hung up on each time. I am very stubborn so I tried one more time. Praise the Lord !!!!! Somebody answered my call and put me on hold but she came back and said yes that prescription is ready.answered my call and put me on hold and yahoo!!!! My prescription was ready."
"Prescription pick up is terrible. I phoned on Monday and spoke with pharmacist who stated my prescription would be ready Tuesday at 11am when I went to pick up prescription at 11am Wednesday the prescription was not ready. What's going on at this Walgreen's pharmacy? I hate the fact that I need to call to verify it's being filled then having to wait when it wasn't filled. Bad service at this pharmacy."
"They are occassioanlly very busy but they are always prepared with your scripts, call you in advance and get prescriptions filled quickly. I have never experienced the disorganization issues you see at some pharmacies."
