One thing rubbed me the wrong way: there was a cashier that was visibly upset when we showed up a half hour before closing. He told us they were closed because there was something wrong with the registers. I get it, stuff happens. But his delivery was rough. I encourage him to pause for a minute and think about his customers, the time of year, and how he plays a role in peoples experience with the store. We left pretty quickly."
