"I want to start by saying they are really nice and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to get me a better deal on a speaker, picked it up for me, and set up my speaker system. Their price is amazing, and was half another one I was quoted. My only concern is they really need a secretary. Scheduling was difficult with John. He'd either not get back to me, or tell me a day and not tell me a time til the day of. Nick was better because he would at least give me a time window (even though the appointment was canceled at the last minute). I think if they had a scheduler or secretary things would be smoother. Even though the time thing drove the OCD planner in my truly crazy I definitely wouldn't have chosen a different company. Thank you guys!"
