"Absolutely horrible experience. We walked in and asked an employee if they had an item in stock. She then went over to another employee and asked them. They did not have the size we needed in stock so the “manager” called another location to see if they had it. He ended up giving them the wrong item number and we drove 45 minutes for nothing. This “manager” didn’t think it was important to double check that it was even the right color considering we were looking for purple, not white, which is what the other store had on hold for us. These employees were more concerned with talking to one another than actually helping their customers."
