"So honestly, the food is really great for bar food. I'd happily grab a burger from here any day. Issue is they have no balance in music to can I hear myself think ratio. The music is always so loud no matter what night I go that I struggle to have any kind of conversation with the people I'm with. I get it during events and such, but I've never been there without this issue, it's a bar, not a club."

Coming from a place as a Business major, it would be in your best interest to provide your customers with some type of contact information, if you want "specific" details. I believe you use this as a tactic to discredit your bad reviews, knowing that there is no "reply" or "respond" option. Well, unfortunately enough for you, I will respond.** I came in here as a customer, but after the way I was treated while dashing and trying to pick up an order for THEIR customer, I won't be again. I was a customer before I walked in as a Dasher, and I do it for fun to help people out because I'm fortunate enough to have an amazing job in IT. I was told to "unassign* my order because she forgot to put in the order. Mind you, I had just picked up an order at the Mexican place next door for another customer, and their food was sitting in my car. They made me wait 30+ minutes for an order that only should have taken 5 minutes tops. They intentionally kept delaying my order so that I couldn't get out the door. Keep in mind, Mascots. You are only hurting yourself. I can text the customer and explain what's going on, but in the end, the finger will always be pointed at you for your lack or service to your customers. Let's be better and treat everyone, including dashers, with some respect. Their orders should be ready for them when they walk in those doors, no exception. If you need to hire someone to only accept delivery orders, then do it."

"Had ordered Mascots burgers for takeout twice before and they were really great until today. The burger I just brought home was supposed to be well done but was almost raw inside. Had to throw it away. I don't like wasting money like this so unfortunately the inconsistency in quality will make me not want to return and gamble on whether or not it will be cooked right."

"The wait time was reasonable, 25 min. on a Friday. The food was delicious. My children and grandchildren all enjoyed their food. My ribs fell off the bone and tasted great! It was well worth the wait! We will be returning."
