"I received a text saying a prescription for an illness (related to asthma) would be ready by 2:30. I contacted the pharmacy by phone because I hadn't heard back. John answered and said it would be another hour or more. When I explained the expectation of the prescription being ready, he interrupted and talked loudly and rudely saying he'd have it ready in 20 minutes and then hung up on me."
