"My family has been using this Kroger for over 5 years. We’ve never had any issues until April 2021. First we thought it was due to a change in our insurance, with 20 days without insurance. Once our insurance was canceled it seemed our prescriptions were no longer a priority, even though we were going to pay out of pocket. But nothing changed. Even once our new insurance became effective. They take an overly excessive amount of time to process prescriptions that have been requested days in advance. I personally have 8 prescriptions a month. I’m Looking for a new place to spend my money and Time. This one star is for Brenda, I think is her name, the tech who has worked there for years, she is always friendly…she deserves a better place to work."

"My wife waited in the drive thru for nearly 1 hour! Every car was taking at least 20 minutes, the employees didn't care and were extremely unprofessional. If you don't have the prescription ready, then you need to tell the customers to come back and at least show empathy to your customers. Terrible customer service. I'd leave ZERO stars if I could!"

"This Pharmacy and in general this Kroger is AWFUL. Why would you have two lanes and only be able to pick up prescriptions in one? Why even bother? The response times are just insane, half of the times they don't have the prescriptions I require and one time they even "accidentally" gave me less pills than the ones my prescription indicates. Just go somewhere else."
