CVS Pharmacy

"This is the worst pharmacy i have even been in this World! It takes them hours to fill any prescription...even the simple tablets that they need to put in a bag and give to us...they will say it will another 20-30 minutes like 10 times before they actually fill the medication..How can they be short staffed every single time? If you're short staffed why wouldn't you just give the time frame when we can pick up the medication?? The prescription they said will be ready at 12 pm and Its 5 pm and still not even started on my prescription..they say another 25 minutes for the 5th time"

"Horrible service End of story. When you ask the head pharmacist directly for his license number, he evaded the request 3 different times. He actually tried to tell me corporate customer service is the same as the State of Texas Pharmacy board. I have the visual and audio documentation to prove this. Store management and clerks are great. Pharmacy is Horrible except for one helpful/friendly older white lady Pharmacy tech and a Black? Pharmacist. Only insurance company that makes me use CVS pharmacy is the only reason I go."

"Don’t fill your prescription here. It will end up either not in stock or they will not give you the full prescription without informing you !!!. Today 09/28/2022 at 7:45 PM. Had to pick up 2 prescription for my kids . I received text from CVS around 4:30 PM says one medicine not in stock and they will contact the doctor for alternative. ‘’The issue is this medicine help him to breathe during his allergy ‘’ . So I called the dr right away before they close to ask here to send the prescription to another pharmacy and my dr said will do that. And after 5 mins i ended the call with the dr the CVS called me and said we have your medicine in stock and it’s ready for pick up !! This was about 4:45 PM ( they said medicine is ready for pick up ) . i had some shopping on the way and I arrived at the CVS on Heritage trace & Harmoon at 7:30 and was long line on drive thru waited on my turn and then at the window seemed to be the medicine not ready yet and after 20 mins standing there they show up with 5 medications only and i know they are 6 medications and the missing one is the most important as I mentioned for breathing and they said it’s not in stock .. so why you not telling me my prescriptions is missing one item but because i know i asked here about this one but she seemed to be lost and don’t know what I’m talking about after long argument the pharmacist show up and said not in stock come tomorrow. They start to frustrating me and i told them someone called and said all ready to pick up. So she looked at here computer and said go back the the end of the line which behind 6 cars !!!! this my turn and first you didn’t say there is 1 medicine not in stock second you said go back the the line until we prepared it so is it in stock or not !! That’s all sounds silly so i told here I’m coming inside not going to wait again another 20 mins and once i got inside medicine was ready. All this tell me something those ppl not deserve there place 2 black African American and 1 white American been there at this time i wish i know the names so i write them here to be noticed. From now on will not send my prescriptions to here . Be aware from none professional service"
