"If I could give zero stars I would. This pharmacy is an absolute joke. I only started using them because my new insurance does not contract with CVS. The staff is rude. They always seem put out when you are there to pick up your prescriptions. They seem annoyed with each other. Once tech loudly announced one of my medications and then followed up with "oops, I'm sorry but that is a really funny medication name." I frequently get updates that my prescription is ready but then will log on to pay before going to the store (which is supposed to make it faster but it doesn't really) and then prescriptions will appear as cancelled. They always have to order what I need and it has taken up to a week to get my medications, even the ones that are on auto-refill. I take medications that not a lot of the smaller pharmacies will fill or will accept my insurance. I would change in a heartbeat if I had any other options. This place is AWFUL! Go anywhere else."

"Every time I go to the burleson location I am always greeted by the biggest smile from a young man with dark hair who has worked there for a few years now, it does not matter the time or the day I go he is always there and he is extremely hard working and always happy! Today he was working the drive threw and the counter and still had a smile on his face! He always finds me coupons for my medication and is the sweetest person! If I owned a company of any kind I would steel him away in a heartbeat because he is amazing with customer service! I wish I knew his name because he deserves every ounce of credit for making this pharmacy So great! I will follow this kid where ever he may go in the pharmacy business!"

"This is the slowest pharmacy around. I will be switching to another pharmacy. And they need people at the pharmacy checkout to know what the heck they are doing. Both days I've been the ladt 2 days have been very unpleasant."

"Walgreens has become a pain in the neck for me. Was constantly having to call and make Corrections for my prescriptions. Got tired of dealing with them and moved my prescriptions to another Pharmacy. Will never set foot in another Walgreens for the rest of my life."
