"It will do but the service needs improvement... And no idea why the entire staff has to take lunch at the same time thus closing the pharmacy each day rather than rotate lunch breaks?"

"I have used this pharmacy for approx 4 years. I loved the service at first. However after my scripts started changing dosage they continue to fill the old scripts as well. I have the same med in different dosage that I can't use. I have ask them to take the one I'm not using off of auto refill which I have been told several times it has. However, when I pick it up I trust I got the right one. this is the third time I've gotten home with the old dosage. I'm angry at them and myself for not checking before I left the drive thru. They can't take it back and won't credit your account for there mistake. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere after the first of the year. I can't believe the pharmacist did not question my dosage since I had the same med on auto fill in two different dosage's. If I were to take all of that I would OD.. these pharmacist now days don't care about the person they care about how many scripts they can fill a day. I can't believe I'm saying this but Kroger... Wal Mart has you beat by miles.....heck even Walgreens in Cleburne and they are awful. Kroger you need to step it up."

"Extremely frustrating pharmacy at times. I've called ahead, hours in advance, to have a prescription filled. They tell me it'll be ready in an hour. I show up to pick it up and get told they're out of stock. This has happened several times. I've also had many instances of being told an hour and then having to wait 30+ minutes for it to be filled once I get there. Sometimes they're great. Others not so much. So I suggest calling again to make sure your meds are truly ready to be picked up."

"The most disorganized and inefficient pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Dealing with one prescription for my husband for pain after major back surgery, we were lied to over many things and told that the Dr had not called it in, which he had. Then at the pharmacy I was treated rudely and in the middle of helping me she decided she needed to go to the restroom.... didn't ask for anyone to take over...so I and others in line had to wait again. We were warned not to go to this pharmacy and we just trusted we would be treated like we were in the Granbury Kroger Pharmacy, where we once lived. Obviously not. To say the least, we are changing to another pharmacy."

"The staff is unbelievably rude. It took hours to get a vital prescription filled, the staff hung up on me TWICE. I won't even go through the whole story because it's too long to repeat. When I came up to the counter after a long ordeal over the phone with them, a pharmacy tech said to me, with attitude, "are you going to stand there and stare at me the whole time?" as I was waiting to get my medicine. This was not the first unpleasant experience I had with the staff either."
