I tried being nice and explaining the situation but she was just very rude. Honestly it’s just so ridiculous she needs to be talked to on how she speaks over the phone and I know this from years of experience working at all call center."
"As a pharmacy I would assume you give medications to the right patient. However this Walmart pharmacy will carelessly put 3 bottles of a medication that belongs to a random person in your bag. It’s negligence and probably due to undertrained pharmacy technicians. Accidents like this can be life-threatening."
