"Got a call from store that I had several rx not picked up. I told the person I could not walk and would have to see about someone picking them up for me. She said she would see if they could be shipped. She came back and said they did not qualify for shipping but that I could add a credit card on file for a $5 fee. I already have a card on file. So I called chatted with someone to double check information I was given was correct. The person verified that I have a card on file. However I was told I would have to call the same store which already given me incorrect information."
