"My wife had called to get some information on safety tech in Chevy vehicles today. The woman that answered the phone initially was very nice, the salesman that she was forwarded to, however, was horrendous. The salesman was rude to her, rushed her and called her 'kiddo" which is absolutely absurd and a bit stunning to be honest! Calling an adult "kiddo" is insulting and honestly weird. He repeatedly interrupted her, got mad at her, called her kiddo, didn't seem to take her seriously and scoffed at her a bit too. While she was still talking and trying to explain something to get a clearer answer and a guarantee before we buy he goes " NEXT QUESTION!" She ended the call immediately after he snapped "next question". Frankly she should have ended the call sooner. My wife had called back to tell the receptionist the situation. The receptionist apologized and did try to send her to a different salesman. The receptionist seemed a bit annoyed at the salesman my wife had talked to but not entirely surprised. I wonder if they have had issues with this guy in the past. Again, the receptionist was nice but the damage was done. I have heard stories on how women have been treated poorly when buying a vehicle. Well I got to see some of that today. We refused to talk to another salesmen because here's the thing, when you have someone working at your company that treats people like that it shows the kind of people you have representing you. It shows your values, and how much you care about customers. It shows the kind of people you hire and what you are okay with. The fact someone like that is working for your company and treating people this way is all we need to know. The receptionist also didn't seem overly surprised on how the man treated my wife which shows a bigger picture. No salesman should treat anyone like that ever. We wanted to buy here because we prefer to go to smaller dealerships to help out the "little guys". We had planned on buying a 2024 this weekend. Well due to the treatment my wife received we are buying elsewhere now. Maybe treat people better next time."

"Had a coolant light go on while traveling in my Audi SUV to Chicago. Turpin was closest auto shop nearby. They checked and found reservoir was full, but said the intake manifold would need to be removed to see if there was a leak. Gave me directions to nearest Audi dealership as Audi-specific tools were needed. All of this was done at no charge and in the most helpful manner. Thank you to the kind folks at Turpin!"
