"There was a young lady - the first person in the line (serving food) tonight around 7:40pm who's there to make a ridicule of customers. She was just wasting time pretending she does not understand the difference between the black and brown beans. Could you please take that girl off the line for her poor customer service? The girl is a terrible customer service person. She has no professional reason to be on the front line."

"I have been eating almost DAILY (not a joke) at Chipotle since back when a chicken bowl was like $6.50, I've never felt more compelled to write a review as I do now. It's bad enough that costs at chipotle have almost doubled from what they once were but the portion sizes are atrocious. I've ordered three scoops of brown rice every single order I have ever gotten the last 10 years or so, today is the first day in my life of going to chipotle that I was charged almost $2 for a third scoop of rice. Almost a 20% up charge to my chicken bowl for what ended up being a 1/3 spoon full of rice. I will not ever be eating at a chipotle again that not only serves me third scoops of rice but then charges me to get a 3rd "scoop" which ended up being 1 spoon full of rice in total in my bowl. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible management. I will take my money elsewhere."

"Really sick of how terribly managed this location has been for YEARS. Consistently inconsistent, typically way behind schedule, occasionally rude, sometimes severely unclean especially on the pickup prep area. I know the people in charge here will just blame their workers, so I want to make it clear that this is clearly a management issue."

"Yeah the girls behind the counter scooping up the food all had an attitude. One of the girls thought it’d be cute to get upset at the register guy for misunderstanding whose order was what. She slammed my food that was in the bag while letting him know it was mine so he could charge me for my order. I thought that was unnecessary and am still confused as to why the girls behind the counter think it’s ok to be that level of disrespectful like do y’all not know that everyone sees you acting like that lol."
