"I wanted to buy my daughter shoes. The service was very rude and one of the women did not want to give me my size. When she brought the wrong size, she was outraged and did not want to exchange it. When I said that I would only take one pair of shoes because the others were from the exhibition and one was yellow, she completely ignored me. when I went to the cash register, she was talking to someone she knew, she didn't feel like coming over, I had to wait a few minutes, when she decided to serve me, I asked if she had given me a good pink color - she said brazenly, brown. I left my shoes and left the store"

"I was very disappointed with service I got there, I wanted go back and return my purchase but only just because of my son( he liked shoes)I had to forgot that bad experience which I had there with my kids. Girl her name is chelsy ( i don’t know how to spell correctly)was very rude. I felt like I was getting my shoes for free. I asked her to call someone else, because she is super rude, her manager came. I explained her what happened, but she totally ignored. She didn’t say anything, it is like she did not hear me at all. It is disrespect, Maybe if I was someone else they would act differently but I am hijabi muslim women, and I think they decide they can go without apologising me. We had to go home right after that because our mood was ruined and my daughter’ s hands were shaking after that. I would not refer anyone go there"

"Horrible horrible experience. The white guy with the mid part hair was walking around staring at female customers, also had a horrible sense of hygiene; could hardly breathe. Staff need more training."

"Placed an online order for pick-up. Order was cancelled prior to arrival at the store. Arrived at the store and after looking around for ~15 minutes for one the several unoccupied store associates that seemed more interested in avoiding customers than doing their jobs, asked about the shoe I had ordered and if they had any in stock and that my order was cancelled. Was cut-off before I could even finish and told by the associate that they "didn't have it in stock". After asking to see if they actually didn't, she came back out with an annoyed and sarcastic tone with the shoes I had ordered saying "they actually just came in..." Imagine being paid to be lazy..."

"The finish line in rosemont was very unprofessional and rude. The manager on shift December 22nd around 8:00 was very rude when we talked to her she looked so annoyed felt like she didn't want to help us. We asked why was it a line and the gentleman at the door said because black people steal. There was only one line open which we had to wait another 30 minutes to check out while the same manager Walk around doing nothing"
