"Purchased a 6XL coat for my son online. Spoke with Deep regarding my order and possibly buying another coat for myself. He was very helpful and even had someone text me pictures of additional coats that they had in stock. I received my son's coat and it didn't fit. He's a 3-4XL in clothes. I have tried to reach out via voicemail, text, email, and online chat with no response at all. They ghosted me. Please be aware that Original Goose Country does not issue refunds or exchanges for online orders. Their coats run pretty small. Even though they rely on online orders a great deal and their products are not true to size they aren't accommodating to online customers. I suggest purchasing from another retailer that stands behind their product 100% throughout the business deal and not just until they have your money. If you notice their refund policy on the website is a huge red flag. It pretty much lets you know that they get requests for refunds and exchanges more than occasionally and have refused more often than not. They are simply covering themselves up front. Since there is no way to know what size would fit you according to OGC scale, just shop with an online company that actually does "gladly accept" exchanges/refunds. It's not them. They don't stand behind their products even though they actually make their own products and aren't a 2nd or 3rd party dealer. They are a new company (2018) but I don't see them being successful in the long run unless they get bought out or just sell to vendors so that they don't have to directly deal with the public.
