"While most parts of my visit went smoothly (low wait time, clean facility, friendly staff), the most important part to me is the actual treatment. Unfortunately, I was told that I had just a common cold and only prescribed a cough medicine that I had to ask for. I toughed through it the next day at work feeling worse than before. It was so bad I went to a different Urgent Care the following day and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and bronchitis. As a teacher, it’s really important that I miss as little work as possible and because of this mis diagnosis I had to take off more time from work."
