"This place is ridiculous. The actual doctor is rude and doesn’t explain things properly or all the way through. The second NP they had tried to prescribe me fish oil, which I am allergic to, as is stated in my chart. (They went through 3 NP’s in a year). They then got a new NP who is nicer but doesn’t know prices and told me something would be covered by insurance and it wasn’t. The phlebotomist is also rude. Nobody there is nice, the office is INCREDIBLY unorganized. I have to call them 1 week after my pharmacy out in a refill request because “didn’t see it” or they “never got it” even though I confirmed with my pharmacy the date and time that it was sent. I am transferring to a new doctor in January. A three year old is more organized than this place."

"Dr. E is amazing, she literally listened to my complaints and gave me valuable feedback! The front desk personnel was very helpful and pleasant. The Ma was very knowledgeable and helpful, and lastly the check out girl was helpful and extremely supportive and nice. This clinic is my new home and I will be Recommending this office and Doctor."

"My first visit went exceptionally well! The doctor, as well as her staff, were professional and welcoming. The office is neat and clean, and the doctor was very thorough at establishing me as a new patient. I was impressed! "I have never had to write a negative review concerning a Doctor before, but this was the most unprofessional office visit on today. Long story short, DO NOT GO HERE!! Pleaese believe all of the negative comments you see on here, because they are absolutely true. I have never been more humiliated or embarrassed in my life. I was asked to come in early for my appointment to accommodate Dr. Edokpayi, because they said she wanted to leave early. I was off today, so I agreed. I got there 15 minutes earlier than they requested. I sat there for over an hour, and literally did not get seen until a few minutes before my original appointment time. One of her staff, who knew me, asked me how I was doing. I told her I was fine, but was confused as to why I was asked to come early, only to sit there until the time of my original appointment. I made the statement that they needed better office management (this was not the first time I've had and issue) and then another staff member, came to the window started yelling at me, stating she was the new office manager, who was clearly in her feeling regarding my comment. I wasn't loud or yelling, or even angry for that matter. I was simply stating they should do better about their patients. Well it didn't end there. When I got into the room to speak with Dr. Edokpayi, I started to talk to her about the incident and another one from a previous visit. I was coming from a place of love and concern. She got mad and defensive about my comment and accused me of being "disrespectful" and "demeaning" toward her staff. I never once talked down about a single person in her office. I offered her some constructive feedback and she went ballistic. She jumped up and screamed at me to "Get out now!" before she called security. I was just sitting on the bed with my shoes and socks off because they had just checked my feet. I was in complete shock, just disbelief that a doctor would behave in that manner. You would have thought I was in there tearing up her office and cursing out the staff. I never raised my voice not one single time, even after she did all of that screaming. I have had multiple issues here ranging from mixed up labs, to other scheduling issues and I never once acted she and her staff did today. I hope she gets her practice under control and her emotions, before it's too late. I recorded this incident on my phone. We'll let them decide on who's conduct was poor."

"My son is like critical care I love the office people polite and kind and very patient I’m like mom Zilla lol. He was in a coma for 45 days every organ in his body shut down at one time or another I have pic but I don’t think they would be good to post but he weighed 400 pounds Jan 6 2023 this is him now recovering and doing good. He is a true miracle. Thank you for taking on my sons case and doing an amazing service"
