"Dr. Alexandra Christie is a great Doctor and was the first doctor to make me feel comfortable. But the front desk is incompetent. I am now no longer a patient due to someone not cancelling an appointment after I’ve explained why I wouldn’t be able to make it in time. I’ve had legit reasons and kept communication…so for someone to not document it as a cancellation and cause me to be terminated as a patient I don’t appreciate that. So after calling numerous times since Friday morning because I’m actually needing to contact the doctor. I finally got told why I couldn’t reach my doctor in the portal."

"I like this hospital for my OBGYN. I was scheduled to do a shot and a pap smear on the same day. I guess someone messed up on the scheduling and only put me for a shot. They already had my information for my insurance but they asked for it again. Then I was told they can't get a hold of them due to it being the day after new years, so they have to cancel my pap smear and do my shot instead. When I said I want to just do it all at once and reschedule, they said there's a rescheduling fee I'd have to pay. This all made absolutely no sense and seemed like the person who scheduled me in the first place caused this chain of events. Now I have to wait maybe a few days to call back and reschedule when the insurance companies are able to answer the phones, I guess. Still nice staff."

"This doctors office is unreliable. Took time off of work and drove there just for them to tell me they canceled my appointment. They said they called me the day before and the day of, but I didn’t see that in my call log or voicemail mails. I even showed them my phone and they could only just sit there and continue to lie. They sent me a text message the day before confirming my appointment and asking me to fill out forms. I added my Blue Cross insurance here and when I got to the office they asked for it again and then told me my appointment is canceled. They said they canceled because they had no insurance on file, but I think that’s a lie because some people pay out of pocket. I really like Dr.Bui, but the girls in the front that’s in charge of scheduling are awful and ruining business for this office. Book here if you want to give them an opportunity to play in your face and not respect your time."

"Used to see Dr. Bui, but was transferred to be seen by Dr. Christie when she joined the office. Gotta say I was scared of this transition in the beginning . However, after only one appointment I felt comfortable enough to see her throughout my whole pregnancy. Wrote this review because I’m so thankful to Dr. Christie, she has the talent to make you feel comfortable telling her anything and everything. She is confident, professional, easy to talk to and would always put you as a priority. She is amazing, I would definitely recommend her and this office."
