"My daughter got shoes for Christmas as a gift they were the wrong size, unfortunately we lost the receipt. We had the bag, box, and the shoes were unworn. We went back to the store and the manager would not exchange them, would not refund us, would not give us store credit, we were stuck with unwearable shoes. We were told that the store could not do it, it was store policy. We found out from another journey location that it wasn’t store policy and the manager at the gurnee location, just didn’t want to do it out of laziness. My daughter got her shoes and had no issues at all."
