"Spent 400 dollars on exams to get what i wanted, submitted to it and they tell me my prescription would be ready. It wasnt even called in. They promise to return call around 2 PM. They dont, i had to call them aroud 7 PM and the lady then says thinks she called me. Its not all of them, just some but its making the whole experience garbage."

"The staff is so incompetent. Well not all of them. Went on 7/28/21 around 7:30. The lady in the front was pretty professional. Now I went back the next day around 2:30 and that lady could BARELY answer any of my question. Pointed in the WRONG direction of the pharmacy I needed to go. I wanna know who gave her diploma cause she looked so lost at everything I asked. Anyway. Let’s talk about the doctor. Messed up my birthday on my prescription so that Made problems when trying to pick it up. Not only that. He messed up the instructions on applying my medication. Like this place is not it. I wouldn’t recommend it."

"Before I start this review, I would like to warn everybody if you think you have a medical emergency, please visit a local hospital and for minor illness visit another dr as the dr here will not treat your illness properly. After vising this dr, I went to another dr and found out my case of strep was very bad and needed to be on treatment right away. PLEASE READ: Would not dare to call the person who saw me a doctor because of how unprofessional, rude, and lacking in experience. I came in yesterday with a case of strep throat. The dr asked me a few questions and then took a quick 3 second glance at my throat (thought he knew right away what it was). I asked him what it was so he replies "I DON'T KNOW" I thought this was a joke at first, but then he said that he didn't know what kind of strep it was and couldn't prescribe me any medication until he conducted a throat culture test to see what kind of strep it was. I ask him is there any other way to treat this (I have had strep before and it is not hard to treat). He then says that there is and tells me the price of $170 without telling me the treatment! I then ask him for a price break down and he later then says that he will give me a shot.... like I've said, strep is not a hard illness to treat, if I was a dr and someone came in with strep I would be glad as its easy money! I ask him for the shot name and he gives me it and as I'm googling it he says that he's not here to teach me medicines LOL so this dr expects me to take his word on everything he says and allow him to inject foreign substances into my body? Absolutely not! So I decline knowing that strep can be treated with normal oral medication and he walks out of the room and slams the door. Never have I ever encountered a situation like this before. He ended up sending amoxicillin to the pharmacy (wrong medication as I had bacterial and needed another type of medication). Moral of the story please do not go here unless you want to experience my situation! I don't know how he is able to maintain such high ratings, but they must be false."

"I don’t recommend this place for anybody.First of, the staff are rude and unprofessional, second they are really sloppy when it comes to checking you up and doing their job. They prescribe you stuff that you don’t really need & keep giving you shots that really DON’T help you at all, so at the end you would still feel sick the same way when you first came in. Also on the other hand they scam you, they charge too much for nothing. So I totally do not recommend you this place if you are injured or sick because at the end, you’ve would of waste you’re time and you’re money."
