"This place is complete junk. They use some stupid system called Spruce to save time and money vs having real in-house employees. I waited 20 minutes today on Zoom for my doctor, then I hung up. They charged me a $150 fee for missing the appointment. I didn’t miss anything; the doctor was late and no one told me. Getting refills, scheduling, and anything else is just a complete pain in the butt with the way they outsourced their costs. Go else where. For what it’s worth Dr Hope is amazing , just to hard to make any progress."

"Update: Their office has now refused to answer my calls or messages. Loved my doctor, but I was booked with a different doctor and was not informed beforehand. I was just laughed at by the guy working and told I should’ve read the confirmation in order to find out they scheduled me with a different doctor, even though I’ve only ever seen the same doctor. And they wouldn’t schedule me sooner than 3 weeks out. Really upset that this is how I’m treated at a place that is centered around mental health."
