"This is by far the worst place to go in Fulsher. I was going to take my family until my husband’s appointment, the front desk is rude and unknowledgeable on explaining the content charges of the appointment, and not only did they try rescheduling my husband’s appointment. The atmosphere is very unprofessional. As a first time patient for my husband he had an awful experience just as if he was a bother to them instead of feeling welcomed."

"Update: One person call back and no even say apologies, she only say that she will listen the call and never call me back!! So sad!! Y’all need to better! This is the second time I have had the worst experience of discrimination in this doctors office from the employees at the reception, I called to make an appointment for my mother and they told me they don't take the insurance, I understand that part but I asked the guy Why does it say yes on the insurance list? He tells me no in a rude tone, he answers that his manager says no when he didn't even ask anyone. I felt a rude tone, and I asked him his name and he hung up on the call. I have several Hispanic people who have told me the same thing about poor service towards people of other nationalities and accents. They are very bad for treating people like this."

"My husband and I have been a patient of AG-CNS Abigail Lane at Fulshear Family Medicine for many years. She's absolutely top notch! Caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and not an alarmist. She never fails to be so kind to us and always seems to know exactly how to treat us in the least intrusive but best way possible. Additionally, she's a terrific communicator in person, via text, and through the Patient Portal. We really attribute our good health in our later years in large part to Ms. Laney and are so happy our local medical facility employs and appreciates professionals of her quality."

I’m so tired of going to new doctors, only to be referred to other doctors, when it’s not necessary. I’ve also been seen by Mary Kate Armitage, with great results. Fulshear Family Medicine is as close as I have come to a true wide ranging family facility. Highly recommend."

"Made our first time appointment in August 29. They said the earliest available spot is Sep 27. We took it because we’re desperate for a PCP. Today Sep 27 after traveling for almost an hour the front person told us that it’s canceled. No one called us to tell us that it’s cancelled. If this clinic can’t take care of appointments how do you expect it to take care of your health."
