"Friendly environment to work for employment wise. I have no complaints ! As for patients and parents I do understand the poor reviews. It is rare that we see the BCBA. She oversees 3-4 clinics , therefore the care for each specific childs development is not given a sustainable amount of time to look over and care for. Many parents have complained to me about not being able to reach out to her or that they haven’t seen her since the first evaluation. I can personally say thats the only problem that this specific clinic would have now."

"Do not take your child to this facility, no matter what people tell you! DO NOT My daughter was physically abused at Success on the Spectrum Fulshear - legally under Bubbly ABA LLC This is the picture of my daughter after a staff member “supposedly” helped her stand up, but in the video, he halfway pushed her because he had lost his temper. (I couldn't watch the video twice, because it broke my heart, but the guy was being rough with her and still works there) However, Success on the Spectrum informed me on the day of the incident, which was on 6/12/2023 that she fell while left unattended and refused to show me the video. (I’m sure there is a recording of me in the front office asking for the footage) The technician caring for her knew she had recently had her first seizure and brain surgery. Success on the Spectrum refused to show me the video until recently, only because other parents started complaining & investigating. Should I add that my daughter had her very first seizure ever on the first day she attended the facility. She was so happy attending school that day, until she wasn't. So now I have a lot of questions because they don't have a recording of that specific incident (the seizure). Have they lied? Probably. So far, there are 5 allegations of abuse, neglect, and insurance fraud - including other BCBA ethical violations. For those leaving 5 star reviews. If you think your nonverbal child with Austim had a positive experience, think again and investigate. This place is a web of lies, and beyond."

"I found Success on the Spectrum through countless positive reviews and first hand experiences from parents who have had children enrolled in various locations through the Houston Area. My child was on the wait list at 2 SOS locations and several other non affiliated ABA providers for months before a spot opened up at Fulshear and throughout every step of the enrollment process the staff was extremely helpful and worked diligently to help me acquire much needed ABA services for my child. My son is progressing in leaps and bounds since we’ve started therapy at SOS and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service and care we’re getting at SOS. My child is happy and content going to therapy and he’s happy and regulated at home which I also attribute to his therapies working for him. I’m well informed of his activities throughout the day and our BCBA is extremely professional and thorough in our parent training sessions. Every staff member I’ve encountered at both the Richmond and Fulshear locations have made impressions that left me feeling extremely comfortable and safe leaving my son in their care. I love my son’s care team at Success on the Spectrum-Fulshear!"

"This place is a walking red flag. So many issues I don’t know what to address first. When this school first opened we knew somethings would take a while being that school was new but as time passed things did not change. For starters my wife or myself were suppose to get parent trainings weekly to see how our child was progressing which we never got but insurance was billed for them. Then my insurance was being billed incorrectly by the BCBA over this school, my wife brought all this to attention which brought on problems with the BCBA. This BCBA is over a total of 3 locations which is why she never did the trainings, she was stretched too thin. She would always reschedule the trainings but never conducted them but insurance was paying for them. When this came up as my wife reported them, then the disrespect from the BCBA started towards my wife. We met with the owner about the BCBAs behavior and the way she had started talking and the owner downplayed it as a “cultural” thing. When my wife or myself would address certain things with our child and suggest things the BCBA told us our input was “not needed because she was a BCBA and she knew how to handle these things.” This was the most unprofessional answer from someone who I thought was suppose to look after my child and their learning but eventually I found out this BCBA was fired from another success on a spectrum owned by someone else for talking to parents so carelessly. We had several meetings with the owner until a new BCBA got hired. The new BCBA was great to work with until she left then we had to go back to the old BCBA which we strictly didn’t want. While we were waiting to see if another would be hired our child was injured due to a RBT not paying attention to him on indoor playground at the center. He suffered a orbital fracture and had a black eye that lasted weeks. When we went to meet with owner about my child injury and a new BCBA my wife and myself were told by owner they were looking to shake things up and they didn’t think the changes would be good for my child so I needed to find another ABA center or school for him. This is clearly discrimination as this is a school for autistic children. Management did not want parents talking to RBTs longer then 30 seconds to a minute to find out how your child did in school as there was no parent trainings by BCBA. Some of the RBTs at the school are NOT certified. A disgruntled worker came in about not being paid and started letting parents know about things going on at the school. Front desk workers were changed around a lot and the turn around rate for employees was also pretty ridiculous. The head BCBA and manager would post things about work on their personal social media addressing things about work as if this isn’t a school for disabled children. My wife reached out to the other success on a spectrum and found out that the BCBA at this location was problem herself. I talked to a few parents whose children attend this location and they are also unhappy with trainings and communication with their children. When my child was unenrolled we had information sent our insurance that was not our child’s. They gave my insurance someone else’s child and doctor information as address to the parent of the child. When we notified school of this they stated this was the information given so this let us know they never paid attention from the time our child got there. My wife asked about the old BCBA plan for our child as we saw improvements using their plan, school stated the BCBA kept the plans and they weren’t able to retain it. I know myself this is illegal and why would someone who doesn’t work there anymore want to keep my child’s lesson plan? Well we reached out to the BCBA and she informed us the school still had it they just didn’t want to give it. We also talked to the old office manager and she quit due to the disrespect of the head BCBA. If you have an autistic child you can sense the growing frustration I had with this school and dealings only to be told I need to withdraw my child."

"In the 9 months our son was here 7 BTs (bc they only have 2 REGISTERED RBTs at their Fulshear center) have come & gone. The turn around rate for employees here is very eye opening & concerning. ABA is a medically prescribe/referred, so why a medically necessary service provider would hire unaccredited staff is beyond me. It’s alarming! You should not be hired in such a field without a high school diploma or GED both which SOS Fulshear have hired employees without. We trust our children to be in the hands of professionals who are heavily trained, qualified & accredited to serve/help them. Not staff who aren’t equipped to meet their needs bc they lack the proper certification to do so. On top of that Jayleen the owner has only 1 BCBA, Tobi Idowu, working all 3 of her centers. The same BCBA is also listed as her Regional Director. Each center is supposed to have it’s own BCBA. Tobi is overzealous, rude, condescending, & flat out disrespectful to parents & staff. She was fired by the CEO of SOS, Nicole for the same issues mentioned yet hired again by Jayleen. She was not adhering to my mandated insurance policy which requires the BCBA to train & teach me for the betterment & progression of my child.I only got 4 out of 37 trainings. I found out she had a trainee RBT, Kristen doing supervision & notes. Only the BCBA is allowed by board guidelines to supervise my child or to do notes on him. The owner is always oblivious to what’s going on at her centers. She knows absolutely nothing about the clinical side & what her staff is doing. All she ever says is I’m sorry, no accountability whatsoever, no changes made when problems are pointed out & no proper reprimands made to staff. My son was not eating at all there. I made it known my concern about this & when the BCBA would offer no help or resolution I had to come up with a resolution myself. Once proven & shown to be effective, she refused to implement it in his treatment plan at her personal vendetta towards me for reporting her to my insurance. We were promised a new BCBA would be hired & we would no longer have to work with Tobi again. We only had Jazmyn for about a month, who we absolutely loved & respected so much. We saw instant progress & change in our son in that month than we did w/Tobi in months. That was short lived as they fired her. They maliciously kept that from us & I had to find out when dropping our son they had brought back Tobi. After being assured we would never work with her again. In her return & under her supervision my son was severely physically injured (not his 1st injury w/them). He was not properly supervised. We were not notified of his injury until 10 mins before closing, when it happened way earlier in the day. We were told by staff, the office manager Ms. Dee said she didn’t even want to call us or wasn’t going to tell us at first. The only reason she did was bc you could see the swelling of our son’s eye. She told staff I would make a big deal out of it & try twist their words on what occurred. Insane! When a previous BT injured another child at this same center parents said she was fired immediately. No write up or serious consequences were done for our son’s injury, this we can prove. An office manager quit & literally walked out her shift bc of the BCBA & her bullying behavior. Upon us pulling our son we received discharge paperwork with another child’s pediatrician, diagnosing doctor, & test results on our sons file! When confronted about the egregious mistakes to regional manager Gloria, she said it was a typo by her mom another office manager, Ms. Kim. Those are not typos those are in fact major mistakes & HIPAA infractions. If you have any child or loved one on the spectrum any center ran by this owner & management should be avoided! They are grossly negligent! Your child is not safe here, staff is not certified, & zero accountability is ever taken! The pictures below are vital reminders of what your child may possibly endure at the hands of this center & management. I pray no one’s child has to ever look & feel how our child has."
