"I had a truly terrible experience with Quality Auto Repair. I brought my car in for an oil change and some other necessary repairs, but it turned out to be a nightmare. When my car started having problems again, I returned to the shop, and they revealed that they hadn't even changed the oil. The oil was black and old, showing that they had done nothing. Their service was abysmal, and I strongly advise against going to this shop."
"Not only did these thieves steal and replace my catalytic converter, they sabotaged and returned my car with multiple leaks that weren’t there before. Terrible prices and customer service because of racist remarks"
"GREAT SERVICE!! Highly recommend to anyone needing car repairs or an oil change. Cruz and his team did a great job on my Chevy Cruze and quick service as well. Thanks again Quality Auto Repair."
"Cruz & the other men are at the top of their game. Whenever someone ask me where I go for auto repairs I always tell them about quality. Cruz is honest. Friendly & highly professional. They have great deals & get your car up & running without breaking your pockets. And he gives warranties that he stands behind."
""Quality" should not be in the name of this shop. By far the worse customer service I have seen and professionalism. I took my vehicle to get a motor blower install for my AC and it returned they installed it telling me that it's defective after everything was assembled. Being a mechanic why would you leave a defective part in a vehicle and still say that you done the job. as mechanic why would you leave a defective part in a vehicle and still say that you done the job? Being in good business you'd want to tell your customer that the part is defective therefore you need a new one to keep your client base coming back but guess not. I was recently driving on the highway and heard a loud explosion coming from the inside of my car being the part that they should have fixed the very first time. This place refused and wanted to charge me again on something they should have fixed on the very first attempt. Seeing the other reviews I know how this place does business is no shock on why I got this terrible service. Keep your money folks !"
