"I had an appointment on Monday 01/08 and was told I would have an answer by the end of the day. I called at 4 pm and was told I had to leave my car since they couldn’t check and maybe they would give me an answer. I left my car overnight, went to dealer around 9 am because it was ready and technician said nothing was wrong with my car lol when I took it because my reverse sensor and front collision is not working. I spoke to Leo the technician and he said my vehicle doesn’t have that feature when I been having my vehicle for 2 years, he assumes I imagine it. He argued that I didn’t have that feature and try to compare my vehicle with another that was not even the same. He gave me an attitude and when I spoke to the manager Alex, he didn’t apologize for his rude employee, I have an alarm where it tells me when you unlock my vehicle and it was unlocked when he marked it complete therefore I know he didn’t check it. I won’t be taking my vehicle to this Kia anymore and is sad because I purchase my vehicle here. The customer service line was able to assist me more than Kia Berwyn, they don’t even know what features my vehicle has, maybe they should call customer service to inform themself. I will call the customer service to file a compliant, now I have to drive far to get my vehicle checked."

"There service department seems like they did there best but between my Insurance (State Farm) and Berwyn Kia, Im hearing a lot of inconsistencies regarding the status of my vehicle and whether or not my final supplement has been received."

"** UPDATED as I just read the most recent reviews, we are all saying the same thing. Please stop wasting our time Kia!!! Kia, please stop over scheduling appointments, if you don’t have the staff or ability to even look at the car for a week. We’ve had several bad experiences, but my simple concern today, is that I brought my van in for an appointment today (the doors stopped working), and they told me it would be a week before they could tell me what was wrong. This week doesn’t include time for ordering parts or fixing it- I know those kinds of things can take time. This is my van just sitting there until somebody can look at it. I asked them if I could bring the car back on the day they could actually diagnose it, and then plan ahead for when they would need to order parts, etc. they said they were very busy and this was their time frame. I called another car shop with great reviews, who is gonna to have an initial diagnostic report to me within the day. They also aren’t charging me $175 just to tell me the problem like Kia said they would (PER issue). This is the second Kia that we have owned, and up until a few years ago, have had a great experience. I hope they can address some of these issues - we don’t plan on taking our car back there or purchasing another Kia, unless they can take the time to listen to their customers and address issues."

"I went to my scheduled appointment and 2 hours later they tell me they can't look at my car today because they are backed up. Then ask if they can keep it for a week or 2. This was after them telling me they need to look up and see if it was in any accidents. They also said they need to check the warranty status after I told them it was not under any warranty nor has it been for a few years. They are just awful. I will never buy a Kia again mostly because of this place."
