"Would give 0 stars if I would. Puts me on a medication that can cause seizures if I don’t take it yet WON’T EVER CALL IN A PRESCRIPTION WITHOUT MULTIPLE STRESSFUL CALLS. Every month I have to worry about if I’m going to be able to get the medication before I have seizures because they say they are going to call in the medication and then they don’t. One time they ran RANDOM blood tests on me that were not what the doctor ordered and he was so confused why I had all these blood tests ran, well ask your staff, IDK. Then charges me for the bloodwork that they made mistakes on, even after they apologized and admitted to the mistake. Doctor is nice enough but I’ve never dealt with such an incompetent staff."

"This is probably the worst staff as a whole I have ever had to interact with regarding pertinent medical information that requires a referral. Information being sent to wrong numbers. Incompetent, unprofessional, and all things that would create the worst possible experience for a patient coming in for specialized care. Edit. All of this is especially disheartening and upsetting when also taking into consideration the age of most clientele. I am under twenty and have more control over my autonomy as a whole, but the majority are senior and elderly who I doubt are being treated better and are even less likely to be able to voice concern or have their concern truly taken into account"
