"I have been going to this shop for years and it hasn’t been a bad experience. However today I went in because there was a noise coming from my muffler. I had a care package basket on my passenger seat that I was planning on delivering to an Addison police officer. There are only two men that work that there and after 30 mins my car was finished and when I got back into my car I had several items missing from my basket. When I asked who took it they denied taking anything. I had just made the basket before I left my house and everything was there and once I went to there shop and got my crucial back things were missing. I would never expect one of them to steal but I will attach pictures to show what the basket looked like before and after. Please do not leave anything in the car they will take it!!! Please keep this in mind if you go. I will never go back, they lost a long time customer."
