"my mom got an oil change here and they messed up and as she was driving all her oil was leaking out so her car turned off. shes been trying to get a tow to get back to walmart but its taking a while and trying to talk to Alexis over the phone..he hung up on us and then we called back and he answered and hung up again. I understand its almost time for you to go home but you and Abraham both messed up and you need to be apologetic and work with us. its literally somebodies vehicle to work and home so i dont know how someone so ignorant and unhelpful can be employed to be dealing with something so important."

"Absolutely horrible service. I made an appointment to have one tire changed under the assumption that when you make an appointment they save that specific tire for you. Two hours later no one has any paperwork and the employee tells me that the work was "denied because they didn't have the tire." Absolutely horrible service, we won't be coming back."

"The two African American ladies at the auto center counter are very rude….They were on their phone all the time instead of helping customers. Every customer that came in, they said it will be “2-4 hours”, regardless of what job is. These employees need to be either disciplined or changed."

"I went there last year for tires and I asked them did they have my size tires and they said they did so I bought tires last year in March. My transmission was going out in my car and when I went to the dealership, the warranty people came out and said that they can’t fix my transmission because of a clause in my contract that everything was supposed to be manufactured. Walmart put on the wrong tires and I did not check it. I assume that they would do their job and look at the sticker inside my door. I called their corporate office. I got nothing. Manager of the department and he offered to give me new tires or a refund. But when I called corporate office, he was just willing to give me new tires. I want my money back, because what can you tire do for me with no car in the transmission leaving. I ended up trading in the car, and Walmart manager told me it was nothing more they could do. If Walmart we have put the right tires, my warranty will have covered my transmission. I would never go here again for a or change or tires or anything to do with my cars. These are amateur mechanics and it’s better to trust a real tire services or mechanic shops."
