"I Want to Thank the entire staff at BSW Lake Worth! This is the second time I have been at this facility having Lauren as my therapist for two not so normal injuries with long recovery periods. I ruptured my quad tendon on my Rt leg 5 yrs ago and just finished up PT from rupturing my left one the first of August 2023. From what I have read and been told from Drs 6 Months to a year is full recovery time for this injury after surgery. Once I was cleared to start therapy approximately 5 weeks post surgery which was at the first of September Lauren has got me back to my mostly my normal daily routine in a little over 5 months with full range of motion back to normal and strength coming back everyday! I couldn’t be happier with my recovery time and owe it to Lauren and the staff at this facility. I consider myself a fit athletic guy for my age and was determined to come back from this one faster and better than I did with the Right quad. With the help of BSW lake worth we did it! If I can help anyone who reads this or has a long recovery road ahead of them, RECOVERY HAS A LOT TO DO WITH HOW YOU TAKE IT MENTALLY & THE WILLINGNESS TO STICK WITH IT ON YOUR OWN AS WELL!
