"Ok, How do I start this one…. First of all, I go in, nobody on the fuel desk, nobody at the counter (cash register). Then suddenly out of nowhere a weird looking green hair Gamzette shows up. Can I get a shower? Sure. Let me see your code, show it to me, tap the screen etc. And ok i get it. You have a new POLICY to follow and got cought abusing the system of Loves. Now put that aside, when I asked that Gamzette girl if she follows all other policy like she does this one, she says yes of course. Then i asked her how about all these bobtails parked all over the car spots and all these trucks along the curb on a fire lane, she says thats not your business. Then out of nowhere a friend of theirs (not employed by Loves) starts going in my face confronting me. Dear Loves, Get your stuff together on this location, Clear up the mess. When i asked one of the Bobtail drivers if its ok to park there, he says just go see that green haired at the register and slide her $10 and you’re good. Seriously Loves? And you gonna turn me back for a hot shower after a full shift of driving at 4 am, for using my BROTHER’S account, which BTW fuels with you like more than 5000 gallons a month…..come on. Unfortunately for you, Neither me or my brother or everybody in our company will ever step a foot in this chain ever again. We are a 4 truck company plus 25 owner operated trucks. "Black lady working overnight is rude with bad attitude, she refused to check out me and another driver, she yelled at us and walk away. I left the items. Loves truck stop is one of the best truck in the states but this one the worst. This lady should be fired. She doesn’t know customer service. No customer no business."

"Fantastic new Love’s with tons of parking and cool things inside. The bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The collection of nick-nacks was epic. Loved the lighting on all of the snacks. Don’t pass this one up for a break from the road."

"This appears to be a fairly new Loves but it is poorly maintained all around. The loves and chester crew were friendly and professional, no complaints there but I spent my 34 here and every single time the bathrooms were dirty. Even though they had 4 workers at the register. Long wait for the showers in the evening because the same guy at the register is the same guy cleaning the showers, WHY? Fuel island with trash around the trash can and i don't mean one or two bags but several bags. Then there's the shop where my bad experience started. Arrived at 2 pm and they didn't finish replacing two tires until 10:30 at night. 4 1/2 hrs waiting to get in and 4 hrs to replace the 2 tires. In the meantime their mechanics spent more time outside than working. I wouldn't stop here unless I didn't have a choice so come at your own risk. ***On the pictures you can see all the trash cans in black and they're all overflowing with trash."
