"Fantastic place to stop for a drink or food. The guy at the window is literally one of the happiest people I've ever seen every time we stop in. Worth the stop for that alone."
"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! I came here this morning and used my app to buy hashbrowns and with my app I get a free Iced latte if I scan my app. The guy tells me it didnt go through. Then next he says it says chai latte and he cant use it. Then I ask him to make a chai latte then. He proceeds to tell me NO he cant make it?? No?? did you just refuse to make me a drink I asked for? so you’re going to force me to buy something because its already made?? what kind of mess is that? I’ve worked at both starbucks and dunkin and that is NOT how you operate a business."
"Day two of me getting cold hashbrowns for something to be two dollars they should be fresh and they don’t take long to cook. I will not be returning this is unacceptable. I spent $10 every time I come for cold food Yes I understand is fast food which means it cooks fast or is constantly in rotation so you can get fresh food."
"I’ve been coming here nearly daily since 2012. Sadly my wife passed away in 1998 due to lung cancer. Coming here, I had favorite employees. Prices were cheap and staff was friendly. Even some of the morning people like Alyssa would give me a free cup as appreciation. Since then, the staff is rude, prices are high and they even cut the senior discount. Sadly, McDonalds it is."
