"Upset. The tamale was dry and hard and they always forget to add sour cream to my order when I request it and add special instructions for it. I never have this issue with the crest hill location, it seems this one has been lacking attention to detail for some unfortunate reason. Very disappointing."

"This establishment facades as a good Mexican restaurant. In reality they are two faced and don't listen to the customer. I ordered a burrito with meat and cheese. They put everything I didn't want on it. I went in to ask for a remake nicely and they said it was my fault. They also said I could not have a refund. They remade it and I ended up throwing up. Next time I went I also threw up. Overall this experience was horrible. This restaurant pales in comparison to Taco Bell. I would advise you never go here. Don't do that to yourself. You deserve better than what ever they scam you for."

"My family wanted to try a new place so we gave it a try. We ordered a giant quesadilla with chicken, a chicken burrito, Steak fajita's, chicken soup, churros, chips n salsa. Everything was good. Burrito and Quesadilla were large and tasty. Steak fajita's were ok. Plentiful sides and toppings were given. Overall good experience. Will order again."

"I do really enjoy the food. Great flavor! This review is more about the business practice. Was attempting to place an order today, 50 tacos (traditional). Tried calling but couldn't get through. No biggie, the next time I called I had a text sent to order online. THIS is where my issue starts. There was a $1 markup on all items I cared to look at, including the tacos. That's an extra $50 for what, or who?"

"Wow,that was real good food. My burrito was delicious, meat was fresh, beans are really good light and tasty,tortilla was well warmed and fresh. The Pico wasn't for me,girlfriend liked it. The red and green sauce on the table were top notch. I glad I don't live close I'd be there alot. They have breakfast. If you like Traditional Chicago Mexican food I'd say try it out."
