"Brought my car to them to fix issues with the air condition that would stop blowing cold air after 10 minutes, and sometimes not blow air at all. Cost me few thousand dollars. 2 months later my car doesn’t blow air at all. Called them to see if they would make things right, but they said they may charge me. I’ll be looking for a different place for yearly maintenance and miscellaneous repairs."

"I scheduled maintenance for 10:30 online and the appointment was confirmed by text message & e-mail. I arrived at 10:15 to check-in after driving 25 minutes to be told that OSHA stopped in for an inspection and had all the technicians unavailable. Completely understandable. What is not understandable is that I didn’t receive any communication whatsoever. Several text message reminders about the appointment but 0 communication about the issue."

"Honestly, I shouldn’t give 1-star because I’ve been to this place many times and have always been more than pleased. They’re very good. However, this last time was awful and it’s still an on going complaint. The 1 star goes out to Erin in the service department. She has repeatedly lied to me. She lied on day 1 when she told me that I would get 12% off my bill. That was a lie. She told me that I saved a lot of money. However, it turns out that the service dept just didn’t do a couple of items that were suppose to be provided. She charged for parts that were never installed. She told me my car was ready to be picked up when it wasn’t. When I returned to speak with her, she looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and said she would work on a solution for me and get back to me within 48 hours. She still hasn’t offered a solution. That was 2 weeks ago. She even gave me her personal number so that I could reach her if necessary, After ignoring my first couple of texts for a week, she texted me and said she would give me an update on Mon morning (his week) Well, that was a lie, too (in my Maury Povich voice). Of course, she never gave me that update. I finally decided to dispute my initial payment with my credit card. Hopefully this all comes back to Erin and she is appropriately reprimanded. It, she will probably lie to her superiors and get away with it. Anyone from Lisle Honda wanna reach out to me??? It has now been almost a month since my initial service department visit and still no solution. I spoke with another member in the service dept and they didn’t get back to me either. I don’t blame them though. Just Erin. Thanks again for all the broken promises Erin. If you pull into Lisle Honda and you’re lucky enough to have Erin help you, kindly ask for any other person to take care of you. She let me down big time. Lie after lie."

"Took my 2018 pilot in for safety recall on the hood latch. Service advisor said service would take about 1 hour, and she was spot on. They also performed complete inspection on the vehicle and pointed out 1 maintenance issue that would need immediate attention. Very professional and I'm satisfied with my experience."
