"Not sure who wrote the other reviews? It has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Three weeks and still no estimate. Come to find out they stole the name “Widwest Auto Body” from the original one in Downers Grove. The three weeks wasted…….After talking to the insurance company found out that Midwest Auto Body was the one dragging it out. They wanted 40 dollars to write the estimate. Took my car to the real Midwest Auto Body in Downers Grove and the car was done in a week. All work was done according to manufacturer specifications and couldn’t be happier. Buyer beware."
